Our E-learning courses are delivered entirely online through the internet via a Learning Management System and are made available to delegates on an on-demand basis (i.e., not live) for a 90-day access period so that you can chose to undertake the training at a time and place that is convenient to you – and at your own pace.
Our on-demand E-learning courses are comprised of different modules which can be booked individually or together as a package giving you greater flexibility to tailor the training to your personal learning requirements. Each course module includes comprehensive slides with embedded video presentation by our expert Course Tutor.
Once you purchase your E-learning course module(s) you will receive online access for a period of 90-days in which to undertake and complete your course module(s). During this time, you can access the course module(s) as often as you need giving you the flexibility to learn at your own pace and go back over any areas where you wish to further consolidate your learning. Please note – it is the delegate’s responsibility to undertake and complete all course modules purchased within this 90-day access period.
As the E-learning course modules are delivered online via a Learning Management System delegates will need to ensure (at their own expense) that they have suitable broadband internet access and computer or tablet with audio. Delegates are responsible for ensuring that they are not prevented from accessing the E-learning course module(s) online by any firewall or IT security measures that they or their company have put in place.
When you register online you will have the option to pay by credit or debit card at the time of booking or to request an invoice and pay later by bank transfer or card. Please indicate your booking reference and full name on all bank transfers and communications. If an invoice is requested, payment must be made by the invoice due date. All course registration fees due must be paid in full before access is granted to the E-learning course modules. Payments for E-learning course module(s) are non-refundable. Each course module(s) purchased can only be accessed by the individual named in the booking and they will receive their own unique access through their online account which must not be shared with third parties. Additional bookings for any colleagues who wish to undertake the E-learning can be made through our website at any time.
